We can't believe we are fast approaching the end of the year! It has been a memorable 2023, as we have seen God's faithful hand at work. This year we have witnessed people coming to faith and being baptised, and encountering the Holy Spirit for the first time. One of my highlights this year was seeing many begin speaking in tongues for the first time. Jesus is building his church! As we look ahead to 2024, let's continue to pray for his Kingdom to come in our church, our town and across the nations.
Christmas Day Service - 10am
There will be no meetings on Christmas Eve this Sunday, instead, we will have a short Christmas Day service from 10am.
Watch Night Service - 31st December - 10:30pm -12:15am
There will be no meetings in the morning on the 31st December but we are hosting our first ever watch night service in the evening. This is a great way to see in the New Year with a time of worship, prayer and celebration. The meeting will begin at 11pm, but you can arrive from 10:30pm for a time of fellowship.
Looking ahead to January…
Our first meeting back will be on 7th January at the times of 9 & 10:30 am.
In January we will devote ourselves to prayer for the year ahead. Our prayer will be focused on the theme of praying for Jesus' Kingdom to come. I am expectant that 2024 will be a year of breakthrough and harvest for us as a church. We will be hosting a range of prayer meetings at the following times:
Online
- Sunday / 14th / 21st / 28th, 7:30 - 8:30pm
- Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30 - 7am, Sundays 8 - 8:30am.
at the Riverside - Wednesday / 10th /17th / 24th, 7:30 - 9pm
Office Closure -
