FASTING

As we pray between the 11th & 17th, we are also encouraging those that are able to consider fasting on one or more days as appropriate.

What is fasting?
The goal of fasting is to draw nearer to God. Biblical fasting always involves eliminating distractions to focus on a spiritual purpose. It serves as a reset button for the soul, renewing us from the inside out. Fasting enables us to celebrate God's goodness and mercy while preparing our hearts for all that he wants to do in our lives. Your fast should challenge you, but it is crucial to understand your body, consider your options, and seek God's guidance in prayer, following the Holy Spirit's leading.
If you are on medication or have underlying health conditions, fasting from food or fluids may not be advisable. We strongly discourage fasting from all food and fluids entirely, except for brief periods during the day. Therefore, carefully consider the type and duration of fast you commit to, ensuring it aligns with both your spiritual goals and physical health.
REGULAR PRAYER

Prayer at the Heart
We believe prayer is central to all we do, and we’d love you to join us. Every week we gather online from 6:30–7am on Tuesdays to pray for revival, and on Thursdays to pray through Scripture. On Sunday mornings, we meet in person for prayer before our services, preparing our hearts together.

Prayer Works - personal prayer

We also offer Prayer Works—a ministry providing weekly 1:1 prayer, open to anyone and available both in person and online. Whether you’re seeking encouragement, breakthrough, or simply space to be with God, there’s a place for you here.
